Patient Representatives, Concierges and other team members. Working together to help ensure that NorthShore University HealthSystem exceeds your service expectations.

Consolidating a wide range of services at NorthShore University HealthSystem’s three Hospitals, Concierge Services is creating a system of hospitality assistance to accommodate your service requests and manage your concerns. Our Senior Director of the Concierge Services Department, Murray Ancell, has system-wide responsibility for the program. 

Under Murray’s leadership, our Concierges and Patient Representatives  are trained to provide you with personalized assistance and serve as a one-stop source to help answer your questions—whether your question relates to your medical bill, family crisis counseling or discounted parking. Ultimately, our Concierges can help you connect the dots to all the services we offer throughout our extended NorthShore University HealthSystem network.
