Meet Dr. Joshua Herz

 

Dr. Joshua Herz

Joshua Herz M.D., is a Residency Director for Northwestern University Ophthalmology and a board-certified ophthalmologist.  He specializes in Cornea, Cataract,  and LASIK surgery.  A recognized expert in the field,  Dr. Herz has lectured throughout the United States.  His research interests include cornea transplant rejection and fungal cornea infections.

The Eye and Vision Center LASIK Suite, located at 2050 Pfingsten Rd., Suite 220 Glenview, IL is part of the Glenbrook Hospital campus.  This center specializes in the latest technology in refractive procedures.  This state of the art center has the latest equipment available including the FDA approved VISX® WaveScan Wavefront System.  Refractive services to patients include complimentary consultation appointments, extensive pre-operative testing and the latest refractive treatments available including the CustomVue procedure.

The Eye and Vision Center at Glenbrook hospital is a multi-specialty department providing both primary and tertiary ophthalmic services for patients.  Subspecialists in each area of ophthalmology provide services through this center.  These services include:
